Delivery
Orders are usually dispatched and delivered by DHL to the delivery address provided by the Customer.
Estimated delivery times are as follows:
- Express Shipping: approximately 1–3 business days
- Standard Shipping: approximately 5–7 business days
These delivery times are estimates only and are provided for guidance purposes. Actual delivery times may vary depending on factors beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, customs procedures, peak periods, adverse weather conditions, and other logistical circumstances.
The estimated delivery timeframe shown at checkout or in the order confirmation should not be considered a guaranteed delivery date.
The Customer is responsible for paying the applicable shipping charges as specified during checkout and in accordance with these Terms and Conditions.
The Customer must ensure that the delivery address provided is accurate and that the shipment can be received at that address. If delivery cannot be completed due to the Customer's absence, incorrect delivery information, failure to collect the parcel, or any other reason attributable to the Customer, the carrier may return the parcel to us.
Where a parcel is returned to us due to unsuccessful delivery attempts or the Customer's failure to accept or collect the shipment, we reserve the right to deduct any return shipping costs, redelivery costs, and other reasonable expenses incurred from any refund due to the Customer.
