Returns Policy

We offer a 14-day return period. You have 14 days from the date of receiving your order to request a return.

To initiate a return, please contact us at fampharmeu@gmail.com with your order details and the reason for the return.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be returned in the same condition in which it was received, unused, unopened where applicable, and in its original packaging. Proof of purchase will also be required.

Return Shipping Costs

If the item is faulty, damaged, incorrect, or there has been an error on our part, we will cover the cost of the return shipping.

If you are returning an item under your right to cancel within 14 days and there is no fault with the product, the return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.

Returns sent with postage due, cash on delivery (COD), or any shipping charges payable by the recipient will not be accepted. The customer must ensure that the return shipping costs are fully paid before dispatch.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival. If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, contact us immediately at fampharmeu@gmail.com so that we can assess the issue and arrange an appropriate solution.

Non-Returnable Items

For hygiene and safety reasons, certain items cannot be returned once opened or used. We also do not accept returns for personalised products, gift cards, perishable goods, hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases.

If you are unsure whether your item is eligible for return, please contact us before sending it back.

European Union 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order is delivered within the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days of receiving it, without providing a reason.

Where the product is not faulty, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs. The item must be returned in its original condition, unused, and in its original packaging.

Refunds

Once we have received and inspected your return, we will notify you whether your refund has been approved.

If approved, the refund will be issued to the original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card provider may require additional time to process the refund.
